If your component doesn't meet your expectations or project needs, we are committed to facilitating a smooth exchange or refund process.
Request an RA Number
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required for all incoming shipments to ensure accurate processing.
Pack Your Components
Securely place the uninstalled item in its original packaging with all included documentation to prevent damage during transit back to our Portland facility.
Ship to Chris King
Affix the return label and RA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship the package via a carrier with reliable tracking capabilities.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned part, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your requested exchange item.
